What age range is recommended?

We generally say that the product is aimed at an age range of 5 to 10 years old. I know that is a pretty wide reach, but it seems to make sense for us. Our postcards are technically written for a reading level around 3rd to 4th grade, but the topics are always a little offbeat and interesting which can appeal to all ages. To us, that means they are challenging for readers starting out, but not too simple for kids in the older portion of our target audience.

Kids of all ages really dig the topics, even most adults we share them with. In our house we have a 7- and an 8-year-old who love the postcards – they actually help with the development of product!

How do I update my child's mailing address?

Updating your membership mailing address is a snap! First, log into your Kiwibop account and you’ll see all your active memberships on your member dashboard. Click the “View” button on the membership you need to update.

On your subscription details page, you will see three main options: Cancel, Change Address, and Change Payment. Click the “Change Address” button. The next page will contain a simple form to update the mailing address. Voilà you’re all set.

How do I change my payment method?

Switching your payment information is easy! First, log into your Kiwibop account and you’ll see all your active memberships on your member dashboard. Click the “View” button on the membership you need to update.

On your subscription details page, you will see three main options: Cancel, Change Address, and Change Payment. Click the “Change Payment” button. The next page will contain a simple form to enter in your new credit card information or choose PayPal. Voilà you’re all set.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership is not a problem and you can do it anytime!

Log into your Kiwibop account and you’ll see all your active memberships on your member dashboard. Click the “View” button on the membership you need to update.

On your subscription details page, you will see three main options: Cancel, Change Address, and Change Payment. Click the “Cancel” button and that’s it!

If you have any remaining months in your membership based on your plan, your child will continue to receive packages from us until your currently paid period has ended. Since your billing date and our shipment date are potentially different you may receive one extra last shipment as your membership update works through our system.
